RETURN & EXCHANGE
At House of Lore, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns. However, exchanges may be accommodated under specific circumstances outlined below.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Each garment undergoes strict quality checks before it is dispatched. We kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving their order.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please write to us at info.houseoflore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video as proof.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If deemed eligible, we will confirm the exchange via email. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Any products that are found to be damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Upon approval, we will recreate the same item and dispatch it to you within 14 working days.

If you are sending an item back for replacement, please email us at info.houseoflore@gmail.com with your name, address, order number, reason for return, courier details, and tracking number.
House of Lore is not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged during return shipping.
