At House of Lore, every garment is thoughtfully made-to-order and crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach allows us to maintain the quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship that define each piece.

 


 

Order Processing and Dispatch:

Our standard production and dispatch timeline is 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

During collection launches, promotional periods, festive seasons, or other high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may extend to 14-21 business days. Any such delays will be communicated where possible.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

All House of Lore garments are produced and dispatched from our studio in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

 


 

Shipping Within India:

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Complimentary shipping is offered on domestic orders above INR 15,000.

For orders below the complimentary shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All applicable taxes included in the product price will be reflected during checkout.

 


 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Shipment tracking link

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the courier partner's update cycle.

 


 

Delivery Timelines:

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping destination and courier network coverage.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery dates should be considered indicative rather than guaranteed.

House of Lore shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Political disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport interruptions
  • Courier service delays

 


 

Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries:

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Recipient unavailability

any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

House of Lore shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided at checkout.

 


 

Changes and Cancellations:

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at:

As each garment is made-to-order, requests received after production has commenced may not be accommodated.

Where a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
