SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At House of Lore, every piece is thoughtfully made-to-order—crafted especially for you once your order is placed on our website.
Our standard dispatch timeline is 7–14 days. During special sale periods, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and dispatch timelines may extend to 14–21 days, depending on order volumes.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery timeline. All garments are produced in-house and shipped from our studio in Gurugram, India, to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We ship all over India through trusted delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package on the courier partner’s website.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders above INR 15,000 within India via registered courier services.
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the listed product prices for deliveries within India.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, any additional costs incurred—including return shipping and applicable taxes—will be the responsibility of the customer.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info.houseoflore@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment within 14 working days.
Please note that once an order enters production, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible, as each piece is made specifically for you.
UNFORESEEN DELAYS
While we strive to adhere to our timelines, delivery schedules may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, your order will be processed and dispatched once normal operations resume.
